Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Beginning Granny processes under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process

• Technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) in a short rotating buffer, normally overwritten within 14 days, for security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Cookies: your age confirmation and your cookie choice (strictly necessary), and your theme preference and whether you closed the bookmark tip, stored in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.
• Reports and removal notices: the data you submit, kept as long as needed to handle the notice and as required by law.
• Visit notices: when a visit starts, the site operator gets a short message (page, referring website, country if known, device type, browser and language) through Telegram, which processes it under its own privacy policy. It contains no IP address, no cookie is set, and visits cannot be linked across days. Purpose: knowing that the site works and is used (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• We do not use any other analytics or tracking tools and we do not build visitor profiles.

Third-party video sites and ads

Videos are hosted by third-party websites. Preview images are loaded from those websites' servers, which therefore receive your IP address and browser details when you view a page. The video player itself loads only when you press play, and the host then processes data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising partners load only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and may then set cookies under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to contact@beginninggranny.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for example IMY in Sweden or the AEPD in Spain).
